THURSDAY Sing Aloud

Sing Aloud was founded in 2016 by award-winning community musician Bryan Marshall and brings together singing-for-pleasure groups, welcoming any adult eager to join in the joy of singing. The main focus is on having fun while singing with others, forming friendships, and staying active. There are no auditions, so you can join without any prior singing experience.

The first session took place on Thursday 11th February 2016, where 14 adventurous individuals who had never met before came together and sang their hearts out. That number has now soared to over 300 enthusiastic singers across East Dunbartonshire.

Bryan's inspiring ethos and vision ensure that Sing Aloud always provides members with an incredible sense of belonging, pride, achievement, and pure fun through the magic of singing together.

For an incredible 10 years, we've joyfully raised funds and celebrated unforgettable moments that genuinely make a difference!

Every 2 years Singalouders enthusiastically champion and vote for a charity to support by raising funds and spreading awareness. Since our launch in 2016, our amazing members have raised over £80,000 and we are thrilled that our current chosen charity is Carers Link.
